In connection with National Science Day Celebrations 2021, CSIR – CECRI Jigyasa is organizing the following competitions for the students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navodaya Vidyalaya, State Govt. / Govt. aided and other schools.
We welcome the participants of students from your school through the link provided below:
1. Online Quiz Competition (IX – XII std) @ 3.00 – 3.40 pm
Online quiz competition on the topic “Nobel Prize Winners” (for the IX – XII
std students) using google forms with 50 multiple choice questions. Submitting
your answers with minimum time and secure highest marks will be selected for
the merit / award. E-certificate for all the participation will be provided. Merit
certificate for the awardee will also be provided. No registration fee is required.
The link will be opened on 19.02.2021 at 3.00 pm and will remain active for the
next 40 minutes only. Question will be in the form of MCQ pattern and the
participant has to tick only one answer. Winners will be selected based on the
highest number of correct answers in shortest time of submission. 3 Prizes
will be awarded to the students.

2. Online Slogan Writing Competition (VI – VII std) @ 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
Online slogan writing competition on the topic “Future of Science Technology
and Innovation (STI): Impacts on Education, Skill and Work” (for VI-VIII std).
The link will be opened on 19.02.2021 at 10.00 am and will remain up to 5.00 pm.
Write your slogan in a chart paper and take the photograph in a mobile
or using camscanner and submit your saved file in the format JPEG or PDF.
Only one slogan per participant is allowed. Best slogan will be selected on the
basis of relevance to the topic, clarity and creativity. E-certificate for all the participants will be provided. Merit certificate for the awardee will also be
provided. No registration fee is required. 3 Prizes will be awarded to the students.

(for IX-XII std girls students only in connection with International Day
of Women and Girls in Science -11th Feb) using google forms with
50 multiple choice questions. Submitting your answers with minimum
time and secure highest marks will be selected for the merit / award.
E-certificate for all the participation will be provided. Merit certificate
for the awardee will also be provided. No registration fee is required.
